Production

Production will begin once your payment has been processed. Each item is hand made. Allow up to 2 weeks for production to be completed.

 Shipping

All items will be shipped through USPS or UPS. Once your item has shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Goldnminds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event this occurs, contact your local post office to file a claim.

Be sure you are entering the correct shipping address including apartment numbers.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be processed. The only exception to this rule is if your item(s) arrived damaged and in nonwearable condition. You must contact us immediately through email and send photo proof of your damaged item(s). A refund will be granted if we Goldnminds determine your item(s) as defective.
